ACCIDENT REPORTING

Automobile Accident Reporting – an accident in a District owned, leased or borrowed vehicle, the Operations Department must be notified. The District employee authorized to drive the vehicle must submit a written report that includes information regarding the accident. The report can be in the form of a police report or accident report.
