2009-2010 District Improvement Plan

In accordance with Texas Education Code 11.251(a) and outlined in the Board of Trustees policy, Rockwall Independent School District annually develops a District Improvement Plan for the purpose of improving student performance.  All campuses annually develop campus improvement plans which are used to drive decision-making about planning, budgeting, curriculum, staffing patterns, staff development and school organization.  District departments also develop annual improvement plans.  All plans are correlated with the Rockwall ISD Strategic Plan, Board of Trustees Goals, Mission Statement and Belief Statements.
